Your series is based on a music examination system I’ve never heard of. What if I use a different examination system?

The Royal Conservatory of Music is an internationally recognized examination system based in Canada. As a leading school of music, The Royal Conservatory of Music has produced distinguished musicians acclaimed throughout the world.  The RCM publishes a syllabus detailing the required standards for students wishing to take an examination which are available in progressive levels.  The Comprehensive Ear Training series is listed as recommended reference material in the RCM syllabus.  If you are using a different exam system,  the exercises in our series will be similar to the requirements in your system and each grade moves progressively through more difficult and complex requirements.  Please click HERE to see what is presented in each grade and to find the most appropriate grade for your level.
